The project adheres to the Minergie standard, incorporating energy-efficient features such as geothermal heating and a controlled ventilation system. Additionally, the design supports functional layouts with large windows that allow natural light into the apartments, providing residents with views of the valley and ensuring privacy and sun exposure are prioritized. The building structure is made of reinforced concrete, which offers enhanced sound insulation between units.
