The project consists of a residential building featuring nine apartments designed with unique floor plans. These apartments include open spaces, floor-to-ceiling sliding doors, and custom fixtures, ensuring a functional living environment. Shared amenities comprise a guest apartment with a rooftop terrace, which can be reserved by residents, and a sauna located in the basement, also available for all residents' use. Each unit includes a private cellar space.

The construction utilizes Einstein masonry with a wall thickness of 36.5 cm to achieve effective insulation values and thermal mass. The flooring is made of solid wood, complemented by natural lime plaster and carpentry elements, which supports sustainability through recyclable materials. The building design prioritizes accessibility and provides spaces suitable for one to two-person households, facilitating efficient use of living space in alignment with local demands.
