Residential project in Thônex

This project consists of five residential apartments constructed within a compact volume situated in a landscaped area. The complex includes a communal garden that preserves existing trees, aiming to maintain a natural setting within the property.

The apartments vary in size, with options ranging from three to five rooms, accommodating different residential needs. Each unit features outdoor spaces such as terraces and private gardens, contributing to an ample living experience. Additionally, the design incorporates underground parking, cellar spaces, and private laundry facilities, ensuring convenience and utility for residents.

Constructed to meet the standards of the Très Haute Performance Énergétique (THPE) label, the project emphasizes energy efficiency and sustainable living.
