This project consists of the construction of a multi-family residential building housing seven apartments, designed with consideration for contemporary living standards. The development emphasizes spacious layouts that incorporate large window fronts, maximizing natural light and contributing to an airy ambiance throughout the living spaces.
The building features a basement with an underground parking garage providing ample parking facilities, alongside dedicated cellar spaces for each unit. Common areas foster community interaction, while additional amenities include hobby rooms that residents can utilize for various activities. Each apartment is equipped with its own laundry unit, enhancing convenience for daily living.
The architectural layout ensures that the structure integrates seamlessly into its surroundings, promoting a balance between comfort and functionality. Each unit varies in size and configuration, accommodating diverse resident needs. The inclusion of balconies allows for outdoor space, contributing to the overall appeal of the living environment.
Constructed to meet Minergie standards, the building embodies energy-efficient design principles. An on-site photovoltaic system supports ecological energy provision, contributing to sustainable site management and resource conservation. This project represents a commitment to creating a cohesive living community while honoring the historical context of the location.
The residential units are developed with a focus on high construction quality and modern amenities. Interior spaces feature a mix of flooring options including:

- Tile in bathrooms and kitchens
Kitchens are equipped with standard appliances, designed for practicality and efficiency. Specific fittings may include:
- Cooktops and ovens
- Refrigerators and dishwashers, suitable for everyday use

- Water-saving technology fixtures
Each apartment is fitted with sound insulation to enhance privacy and reduce noise transfer, while walls are constructed to standards aligning with current building regulations.
