The apartments are designed with large windows, ensuring that each unit receives ample natural light. The development adheres to the Minergie standard for energy-efficient building practices and includes a photovoltaic system on the roof to support environmentally friendly energy usage. The ground floor will also house a sizable commercial space, providing accessibility to various services directly within the building.
