Each ground floor apartment includes direct access to outdoor spaces, while the upper floors provide terraces that can measure up to 30 m², enhancing outdoor living opportunities.

The residential units are designed to accommodate various lifestyles, ensuring functionality and flexibility in layout. The complex includes additional amenities such as a modern underground parking facility and designated hobby rooms. Each household will have access to private cellars for extra storage, and there are common areas that facilitate a sense of community among residents.
