The project consists of a multi-family residential building featuring 16 rental apartments. The layout includes six 3.5-room apartments, six 4.5-room apartments, two 4.5-room maisonette apartments, and two 5.5-room maisonette apartments, ensuring a variety of living options. Additionally, the complex includes a subterranean parking garage for 25 vehicles, motorcycle parking, and various common areas that enhance residents' communal experience.
The design allows for unobstructed views of adjacent natural landscapes, including the Lindenbach and surrounding green spaces. Each apartment is equipped with spacious floor plans and upscale finishes. Unique features such as large winter gardens, private terraces, and a considerate orientation help residents engage with the scenery and enhance outdoor living opportunities.
The construction features many amenities, such as high-quality flooring and modern kitchen appliances. Residents have access to hobby rooms and extensive cellar spaces, contributing to the functionality of living arrangements.
