The project comprises four residential buildings developed in two phases, accommodating a total of 27 ownership apartments ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. The buildings feature a classic architectural design characterized by saddle roofs, aligning with regional construction traditions. Each building is equipped with private basements and offers spaces for individual outdoor use, such as garden areas, terraces, and balconies.
The completed first phase includes 13 apartments located in two separate buildings featuring underground parking with independent access. The second phase will include the remaining buildings, which will also provide similar layouts and amenities. The overall design aims to enhance community interaction through shared green spaces and recreation areas.
