This project features 16 newly renovated apartments available for ownership, distributed across two buildings. The apartments range from studios to 4.5-room units, with various floor areas that include generous outdoor patio and balcony spaces, enhancing the living experience. Parking arrangements include an underground parking garage, and each apartment is provided with cellar space for added storage.
The buildings are designed to integrate with the alpine environment, offering a variety of unit layouts that cater to different living needs. Features include energy-efficient systems powered by geothermal and photovoltaic technologies, ensuring sustainable living while maintaining residential comfort.
