The apartments include a mix of 1.5 to 3.5 rooms, designed with modern layouts that prioritize functionality and comfort. Common facilities are integrated into the complex to enhance community living and facilitate social interaction among residents.

In terms of amenities, the project offers various features such as an underground parking garage and designated bicycle parking, ensuring that residents have convenient access to their vehicles and secure storage for bikes. Additional common areas provide space for hobbies and gatherings, while green spaces around the complex enhance the overall environment, creating a pleasant outdoor atmosphere.

Unique attributes of the complex include the use of MINERGIE building standards which ensure energy efficiency and sustainability. A photovoltaic system contributes to the energy needs of the residences, supporting an environmentally conscious lifestyle. The design encourages interaction and a sense of community while providing private spaces for each household, including special features like separate apartment entrances and potential for winter gardens.
