This project features a collection of high-quality rental apartments, with unit sizes ranging from 2½ to 4½ rooms. Each building is thoughtfully designed, comprising two multifamily houses that ensure ample living space for residents.
A total of 17 rental units are available, dispersed across multiple floors to provide diverse options to tenants. Key facilities include practical cellar spaces and a spacious underground garage with sufficient parking spots, enhancing the convenience of living in this residential complex. Common areas allow for social interactions and community building among residents, adding to the livability of the project.
Units benefit from ample sunlight throughout the day and provide scenic views of green spaces. The internal layout consists of generous living spaces, which are complemented by large, floor-to-ceiling doors that increase the flow of natural light. Notable features include areas for hobbies, as well as floor plans with multiple balconies or terraces where applicable, enabling outdoor enjoyment.
The construction of the apartments utilizes quality materials throughout, ensuring durability and aesthetic appeal. Standard features include well-thought-out insulation to enhance energy efficiency, solid walls, and secure framing that meets contemporary building regulations.
