This residential project consists of four contemporary-designed villas. Each unit offers spacious living areas with large openings, private gardens, and expansive terraces, providing an outdoor living experience. The layout includes an exclusive souplex with individual basement spaces, catering to the flexible living needs of residents. Each apartment is equipped with a sizeable cellar, around 10 m², and outdoor parking is available for convenience.
In total, the project includes four villas, each with 4.5 rooms. Key features of these units are generous garden areas and terraces, ensuring ample outdoor space. The living areas vary in size, with separate cellar spaces included in all villas. Additionally, each villa provides its residents with private access and a range of customizable options to enhance their living environment.
Construction details
The construction quality includes durable materials with high standards implemented throughout the project. Features include:
- Premium parquet flooring in living rooms and bedrooms with a budget of CHF 140.–/m².
- Modern tiling in wet areas with a budget of CHF 80.–/m².
- Fully equipped kitchens that can be personalized according to preferences, with a budget between CHF 25,000 to CHF 50,000.
- Bathroom fittings selected from various suppliers, with a budget of CHF 18,000 to CHF 36,000.
The apartments come furnished with underfloor heating, wood-metal joinery, and electric adjustable slat blinds. The exterior includes well-maintained terraces with ceramic slabs and integrated landscaping. Customizable finishing options enable residents to tailor interiors to their tastes, ensuring functionality and a pleasant living atmosphere.
