Residential project in Fällanden

This residential project consists of twelve 5½-room double-family houses located in a sunny hillside area. Each unit provides private garden space, with some featuring covered loggias or roof terraces. The buildings are grouped in two rows integrated into a landscaped garden setting that includes communal seating areas. Individual units range across two layout variants and are designed across three to four levels to optimize living space.
Each unit includes two designated parking spaces. The buildings are constructed to Minergie certification standards and feature energy-efficient heating using heat pumps and solar panels on the flat roofs. Additional spaces include cellars for storage, and each house has a structured layout allowing for private areas as well as open communal living spaces.
