This is a new residential building project that consists of four maisonette apartments and an additional apartment. The main structure includes four 4.5-room maisonette apartments, each spanning three floors, along with an additional 2.5-room apartment and a hobby room. Each unit features a spacious layout with terrace areas designed for outdoor living, complemented by generous room sizes and ample natural light. The complex includes two underground parking spaces for each apartment and features a central staircase serviced by an elevator to connect the parking and residential levels.

The building's configuration includes various unit types, notably the maisonette apartments that combine the features of family homes with the appeal of penthouses. Unique aspects of the development include large terraces for each unit, private entrances for select apartments, and a hobby room that offers additional functional space for residents.
