This project involves a residential complex consisting of 9 apartments designed in accordance with Minergie standards. The units range from studios to 4.5-room apartments, with private gardens and terraces for ground-floor units, and balconies for those on higher floors. The layout of the apartments is oriented to the south, ensuring optimal sunlight exposure. The buildings also incorporate designated parking in an underground garage with electric vehicle charging stations, bicycle storage areas, and common greenery for residents.

The strategic design includes various residential amenities such as an efficient heating system powered by a heat pump utilizing geothermal probes. Access to the building is secured by a videophone system. Additional features include spacious balconies and terraces, as well as gardens exclusive to certain units, contributing to a harmonious living environment.
