This project consists of a residential complex that features a total of eight apartments, spanning across multiple floors with varied layouts. The layout includes ground-level units and multi-story apartments, with a range of 3.5 to 5.5 rooms per unit. The complex is structured into two buildings equipped with modern amenities such as an underground parking garage and private cellars for each apartment. Outdoor spaces include balconies accessible from living areas as well as designated communal green spaces.

Each apartment within the complex is designed to provide ample natural light, facilitated by large windows. The ground floor apartments are complemented by outdoor seating areas, while the upper floors feature balconies that offer varying views. Specifically, the penthouse unit includes expansive covered balcony areas that invite residents to utilize outdoor spaces for relaxation, enhancing their living experience.

The project prioritizes accessibility, as residents can reach all apartment levels via a dedicated lift system. The underground parking is accessible via an automobile lift, ensuring ease of transport for residents. The design also accommodates the inclusion of various private storage spaces, enhancing the functionality of these homes. Overall, this complex is tailored to efficiently accommodate different lifestyles within a secure and well-planned environment.
