The project comprises modern urban apartments designed for contemporary living, distributed across a single building. The layout includes a mix of smaller and larger units with six 2.5-room apartments, nine 3.5-room apartments, and five spacious 4.5-room apartments, alongside two exclusive penthouse apartments. The design emphasizes open common areas, providing a harmonious engagement between residents.

Additional features include an underground parking garage accommodating 13 vehicles, alongside five double parking spaces. The project also integrates dedicated spaces for hobby rooms, bicycle storage, and cellar units, thereby enhancing the living experience by catering to various lifestyle needs.
