The project consists of a residential building featuring three independent units. Each unit has a separate entrance, ensuring sound isolation and privacy for the residents. The architectural design incorporates elements from traditional Appenzeller house styles, with a wooden façade and modern interior features such as open galleries and steel spiral staircases. Common amenities for the residents include a sauna and a swimming fountain located in the garden, alongside private garden areas for each unit. Parking facilities are available in the basement, offering direct access to the apartments.

Each apartment is equipped with essential modern amenities. Units include underfloor heating, designer bathtubs that connect to living spaces, private washing units, and high-quality kitchen appliances such as Bora induction cooktops. The apartments also feature generous living spaces with large windows designed to maximize natural light and provide views of the surrounding nature. A photovoltaic system installed on the roof contributes to the building's energy supply, enhancing its sustainability aspects.
