«NEXUS» is a multi-family residential project located in Rüschlikon, featuring thirteen rental apartments across multiple floors. The design includes a mix of 2.5, 3.5, and 4.5-room apartments, each designed with clear layouts and expansive window openings to enhance natural light. The building comprises a ground floor that accommodates a traditional butcher shop, contributing to local business and community life. The additional amenities include secure cellar storage for each unit, bicycle parking spaces, and a drying area in the basement. There are optional garage spaces available for rent, facilitating residents' parking needs.
The project emphasizes outdoor living through private loggias and seating areas attached to various apartments, allowing residents to enjoy the outdoor space. This design focus offers residents opportunities for relaxation and leisure while maintaining the building’s private and serene atmosphere.
