The houses can be customized with selection options for materials and finishes, contributing to individuality in design.
Each house has an area of 147 square meters, with additional cellar space of 108 square meters. The properties also include outdoor areas with substantial space, and each house is equipped with two garage parking spaces and one visitor parking space. The project emphasizes sustainable construction with energy-efficient solutions such as geothermal heat pumps and triple-glazed wooden windows.
