Architectural Vision

The project «•••••••» encompasses a residential complex featuring three multifamily homes designed to accommodate a variety of living arrangements. In total, there are 42 rental apartments that range in size and layout, including 2.5-room to 6.5-room units and loft apartments. The design emphasizes community living, offering shared amenities such as spacious entrance halls with a coffee corner and a community room, as well as diverse outdoor areas and gardens.

Key features include a dedicated bicycle parking area equipped with charging options for e-bikes, providing additional convenience for residents. The project highlights sustainability, utilizing an upcycling architectural approach that reuses existing structures and materials, contributing to climate and resource conservation efforts. Each building maintains individual entrances and unique layouts, promoting a sense of privacy while fostering neighborhood interaction.

In the revised design, the existing architecture from the 1960s has been revitalized, creating a harmonious blend of past and present. The communal garden area in the west will serve as a shared space for relaxation and gatherings. There are also flexible rental options for additional rooms suitable for home offices or hobby spaces, catering to diverse lifestyle needs.
