The development includes a historic Jugendstil hotel that will undergo extensive renovation, alongside a new building constructed using wood construction methods. Additionally, the project features four Wikkel houses situated south of both the hotel and the new structure. The residential units encompass a variety of types, ensuring a diverse community setup.
