The project, «VINEA», is a residential complex consisting of seven 4.5-room apartments. These units vary in size, starting from a floor area of 122 m2 to 144.5 m2 for the top-floor apartment. The complex includes two ground floor apartments that feature private patios and garden sections. The units on the first and second floors provide spacious balconies, enhancing the outdoor living experience for residents.

In total, the development consists of one main building designed to accommodate various layouts, ensuring adequate living space for different preferences. The complex features several amenities, including a cellar for each unit, hobby rooms, and underground parking with designated parking spots. Additional outdoor spaces include gardens for ground floor apartments and expansive terraces for those on the top floor, offering both privacy and scenic views.

Noteworthy aspects of the apartments include modern fixtures, two bathrooms per unit, and a dedicated storage area that is equipped with a laundry appliance. The building aims to achieve Minergie certification, reflecting a commitment to energy efficiency and sustainability in residential living.
