Residential project in Zürich
Architectural Vision
Baugenossenschaft GISA
«•••••••» is a real estate development consisting of 243 rental apartments distributed across five building lines. The project is designed to accommodate over 500 residents, with a variety of unit sizes ranging from compact 2.0-room apartments to larger 5.5-room apartments. The design includes communal spaces, a kindergarten, two common rooms, and 13 additional rentable rooms with private bathrooms, enhancing the project's community-oriented approach.
The development incorporates 91 parking spaces and several green spaces, including gardens and playgrounds, which are situated between the building lines. The architectural layout features parallel building lines that create open pedestrian paths and foster interaction among residents. The existing residential structure will be replaced entirely, providing a modern living environment while maintaining community engagement through shared spaces.
A unique aspect of «•••••••» is the incorporation of maisonette-style ground-level apartments with private gardens, as well as compact residences in the upper levels featuring balcony access. The implementation of a viaduct design allows for connectivity between buildings, promoting accessibility and communal living. This configuration ensures that each resident has convenient access to amenity spaces while preserving a sense of private living.
