Im Neufeld

This project consists of two buildings: a new construction and a refurbished structure offering a total of 49 rental apartments. The refurbishment includes 17 apartments ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, while the new building features 32 apartments ranging from 1.5 to 4.5 rooms. All apartments provide access to an underground parking garage with 52 spaces for cars and 8 spaces for motorcycles, ensuring convenient parking accommodations. Additionally, there are two commercial spaces available for rent, allowing for potential business opportunities within the complex.

The layout of the apartments is designed to optimize space and functionality, catering to various living needs. Notably, the interiors will include new kitchens equipped with granite countertops, dishwashers, and ceramic cooktops. Each unit will also feature washing towers, parquet flooring, built-in wardrobe cabinets, and three-layer insulating glazing in the windows, enhancing both comfort and utility for tenants.
