Seematt

The «Seematt» project is a residential complex featuring a total of six terraced houses. These buildings are designed with four staggered levels, incorporating a range of 3.5 to 5.5 room apartments. Each unit benefits from large windows, ensuring ample natural light and providing residents with stunning, unimpeded views of the surrounding landscape and Zugersee. The total number of units within the project is 21, combining various apartment types to accommodate different living needs.

Each house is equipped with shared facilities, including an elevator, bike storage, and cellar spaces. The complex aims to promote a secure environment with underground parking featuring 52 spaces, alongside additional visitor and motorcycle parking. Residents have access to landscaped green areas that include playgrounds and shared spaces designed for community interaction.

The construction meets MINERGIE standards, ensuring a focus on energy efficiency and sustainability, which is supplemented by the installation of a photovoltaic system and environmentally responsible heating solutions. Additional features such as temperature-controlled ventilation and smart home technologies contribute to an enhanced living experience that combines comfort and modern functionality.
