The project is a residential complex comprising 16 private ownership apartments designed to facilitate urban living while providing private retreats. The buildings are compact in form and integrate seamlessly into the green surroundings. The layout encourages interaction with paths, play areas, and gardens, promoting community engagement among residents.
Each unit features an efficient floor plan optimizing living space without unnecessary corridors. Apartments include ample natural light coming from opposing window fronts. The open design of the living and dining areas serves as the focal point in each apartment, contributing to a spacious atmosphere.
Apartments are available in both 3.5 and 4.5-room configurations, with ground floor units benefiting from direct access to private gardens. All apartments are equipped with glass winter gardens that enhance the living experience. Additional amenities include individual cellar spaces, allowing for extra storage options.
The hybrid construction ensures good indoor climate performance, incorporating prefabricated wooden facade elements. Each apartment features modern kitchens with high-quality materials, catering to diverse living needs while ensuring efficient space utilization.
The construction quality features a robust hybrid wood facade that exceeds the Minergie-P standards for insulation. Inside the apartments, residents will find a combination of excellent materials ensuring a well-regulated living environment.
Flooring options include:
- High-quality parquet in living and sleeping areas.
- Ceramic tiles in kitchen and bathrooms.
Kitchen amenities are designed with functionality in mind, featuring:
- Open layouts with integrated cooking islands.
- Modern appliances included in each unit.
- Customization options available for color and arrangement.
Bathrooms are equipped with:
- Two elegant bathroom units per apartment.
- Modern fixtures.
- Spaces for in-unit washers and dryers, enhancing convenience.
