The project consists of six city apartments that offer a combination of functionality and design. The apartments also include private outdoor spaces such as balconies, terraces, or attica gardens to enhance daily living.

Notable features of the apartments include high-quality fitted kitchens, elegant oak parquet flooring, and exposed concrete ceilings. Each unit is equipped with underfloor heating controlled by room thermostats, video intercom systems, and direct access via an elevator.
