Jardins de l’Erse

The project consists of a residential complex featuring nine new apartments, ranging from three to six rooms, across a two-story building with an attic. Each floor contains three apartments, with ground-level units designed with private gardens, while higher-level apartments have balconies or terraces. The total area of the apartments varies between 69 and 144 square meters, ensuring spacious living environments complemented by green outdoor spaces.

This complex is built on a plot of 2,513 square meters and includes a basement for parking. It accommodates nine underground parking spaces and offers additional bicycle parking facilities with a dedicated bike room that holds 22 spaces. The design incorporates energy-efficient features, including solar panels and extensive landscaping that supports biodiversity, highlighting a commitment to sustainable development throughout the project.
