The project consists of a residential development featuring apartments ranging from 2½ to 4½ rooms. A total of 12 units are designed with spacious layouts, including master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in the larger apartments. Each unit includes private outdoor spaces such as balconies or patios, and has been designed with accessibility in mind, ensuring that at least one room, a bathroom, and the living area are wheelchair accessible.
The buildings incorporate modern architecture with materials that emphasize sustainability and durability. Common amenities include ample underground parking, storage spaces, and an elevator that serves all floors. The project also offers additional features such as e-mobility chargers for electric vehicles and landscaped outdoor areas for residents to enjoy leisure time outside.
Construction details
The residential units are constructed using reinforced concrete for walls and ceilings, ensuring sound insulation and structural integrity. Interior walls are finished with brick or concrete, designed to meet high sound protection standards. All apartments have threefold insulated plastic windows and are equipped with electrically operated sun protection systems.
Interior finishes across the apartments include:
- Flooring: Oak parquet in selected variations
- Kitchen appliances: Specific choices available according to buyer preferences, including contemporary features for everyday use
- Sanitary installations: Compliant with current standards, with buyer selection for fixtures and fittings according to defined architect proposals
- Walls in living areas are finished with white plaster, while common areas like hallways utilize exposed concrete to complement the overall design.
