This project, known as «Euelstrasse», involves the construction of a modern residential complex featuring ten newly-built rental apartments in Pfungen. The range of apartments includes spacious 4.5-room units down to compact 2.5-room offerings, catering to diverse housing needs. All upper-floor apartments are equipped with balconies, providing outdoor space, while the ground-floor units include both a patio and access to a shared garden area.
The apartments are accessible via an elevator to all floors, ensuring ease of mobility for residents. The underground section of the building includes 15 parking spaces to accommodate vehicles, along with personal storage spaces available to each apartment tenant. Additional amenities within the complex contribute to an enhanced living experience.
Unique features of this project are poised to appeal to various tenants, including families and singles alike, fostering a vibrant community environment. The project will expand the housing options within the municipality while remaining aligned with modern living standards, with completion expected in early 2026.
