Residential project in Riehen

The project consists of nine residential units, including six row houses and three apartments, organized within two distinct building styles. The row houses have 4.5 rooms and floor areas ranging from 137 m² to 149 m², while the apartments feature 3.5 and 5.5 rooms with areas between 115 m² and 145 m². Each building is designed with consideration for the surrounding environment, and they are complemented by outdoor spaces and cellar areas. The site incorporates a parking garage for both cars and bicycles, as well as green spaces for residents.

Unique features of the units include private outdoor areas ranging from 16 m² to 46 m², and generous cellar spaces of 10 m² to 18 m². The row houses are structured over three floors, providing living spaces that are functionally designed. The approach to the project respects the historical context of Riehen’s architecture while accommodating contemporary residential needs.
