The project consists of a series of 12 row houses designed for family living. Each house features 6.5 rooms and includes a generous floor area, ranging from approximately 169.9 m² to 178.4 m², alongside outdoor spaces that vary in size. The layout incorporates multiple floors with basement, ground, upper, and attic levels, catering to diverse living needs. Additionally, these homes include private spaces such as cellars and areas for recreational activities, enhancing the overall living experience for families.

Unique features of the row houses include well-defined outdoor areas for each unit, alongside designs that accommodate functional living.
