Clos des Pieces

The project consists of two twin villas featuring a total of two residential units, each comprising 5.5 rooms. Each villa includes a lower ground floor studio of 40 m2, along with sufficient space across three additional levels, creating a comprehensive living environment. The layout ensures that each villa accommodates spacious areas with access to a terrace, enhancing outdoor living options.

Additional facilities are integrated into the design, including individual storage spaces. Each unit is designed to include a private terrace area, with sizes of 12 m2 and 18 m2, respectively. Each twin villa provides designated areas for bicycle parking and utilizes materials that comply with construction certifications, ensuring a well-structured living arrangement.
