A sustainability focus is evident in the project’s energy solutions, including a photovoltaic system on the roof that generates electricity and an earth probe heat pump that heats the apartments via underfloor heating. Additionally, the underground parking is equipped for the installation of electric vehicle charging stations, catering to modern transportation needs.
