Residential project in Wabern

This project features the construction of two multi-family buildings comprising a total of 12 ownership apartments. The layout includes six units in each building, which are available as either 3.5 or 4.5-room apartments with varying floor areas and terrace spaces. Each unit is designed with accessibility in mind, equipped with elevators leading to all floors and spacious common areas such as a bicycle storage room and generous cellar spaces.

The residences are equipped with a range of modern amenities. Each apartment includes individual heating control through underfloor heating systems and a central readout for energy usage. Notable features of the apartments include high-quality parquet flooring throughout, large-format windows, modern kitchens with built-in appliances, and elegant bathroom fittings, complemented by outdoor terraces that provide private outdoor spaces.
