This project is a multi-family residential complex featuring six owner-occupied apartments. The apartments range from 3.5 to 5.5 rooms, with floor areas ranging from 110.7 m² to 185.2 m². The design includes various outdoor spaces including private terraces, patio areas, and garden plots, as well as basement storage units for each apartment. The layout of the units is purposefully varied to accommodate individual lifestyle preferences, with some units offering additional rooms for flexible use as children’s rooms or home offices.

Key features of these units include generous room sizes and a balance of private and communal spaces. The architectural style emphasizes clear lines and functional design, creating open living areas that extend to outdoor balconies and terraces. The project includes amenities such as a sauna in select apartments, ensuring comfort and exclusivity. The natural surroundings contribute to the overall living experience, offering residents a peaceful environment with views over Küsnacht and Lake Zurich.
