This is a rental housing project consisting of 40 units designed with a focus on high living standards. The buildings accommodate a balanced mix of apartment sizes ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. Features include large balconies and terraces that enhance both privacy and living space. Each unit is equipped with a separate laundry tower, and the construction has received Minergie-P certification, which signifies energy-efficient standards. The complex also has an underground parking garage and is designed for optimal sunlight exposure and distant views.
The apartments feature modern building technology that aims to reduce utility costs effectively. Windows are large and promote natural lighting, while all apartments are designed to be barrier-free. Key amenities include individually adjustable comfort ventilation systems, full electric control of blinds, and preparation for electric vehicle charging. Additionally, the project incorporates renewable energy solutions, including a photovoltaic system for on-site electricity generation.
