The project consists of a residential complex featuring two maisonette apartments, designed to integrate harmoniously into the landscape. Located in a favored area characterized by its tranquility and sunshine, both units offer generous living spaces with outdoor access, including private terraces and gardens. The layout includes two separate entrances, with units sized 4.5 and 5.5 rooms respectively. The maisonettes are constructed with high-quality wooden materials on a concrete base, preserving biodiversity by situating lower levels beneath ground level.

Main features include bright interiors with optimal lighting conditions and protected outdoor areas. Units are complemented by shared green spaces, which are landscaped with local flora, fruit trees, and wild hedges. Each apartment has dedicated cellars, ensuring additional storage options. The buildings feature an emphasis on sustainability, with a photovoltaic system on the roof for energy generation and an earth probe heat pump for heating, minimizing resource consumption and CO₂ emissions.
