Les Sevaliches

This project encompasses two buildings with a total of 15 apartments, offering a range of unit sizes. Building A consists of 9 apartments, while Building B includes 6 apartments. The units are available on various floors, including ground, upper, and attic levels. Each unit features outdoor areas such as balconies. The buildings are designed to integrate seamlessly with the traditional architectural style of the area and include elements like wooden eaves and natural stone roofing.

The construction adheres to eco-responsible principles, featuring triple-glazed windows, optimal exterior thermal insulation, and heat pumps for heating and cooling. Additional amenities include soundproofing details, concrete balconies, and stairs that are decoupled from the structure. The project also aims to provide high levels of comfort through features such as underfloor heating and the incorporation of solar panels on suitable roof surfaces.
