Each apartment is designed to comply with the highest energy standards (MINERGIE P) and features a dual orientation, with bedrooms facing north for shade and coolness, while living areas benefit from southern exposure. The living units feature spacious balconies; select apartments include extensive terraces that are shaded by adjustable privacy screens.
