This project involves two multi-family buildings comprising twelve residential units. The units feature a range of layouts, specifically 3.5- and 4.5-room apartments, with generous outdoor spaces and well-planned interiors. The buildings integrate into the single-family neighborhood, providing open living and kitchen areas that promote natural light and views of nearby greenery.

Key features include spacious outdoor areas, cellar spaces associated with each unit, and shared green zones which encourage community interaction. Each apartment's design ensures privacy and comfort, with sustainable construction practices applied throughout. The architectural work is conducted by the Züst Gübeli Gambetti firm, emphasizing high-quality materials and contemporary design principles.
