This project consists of seven ownership apartments with configurations of 3.5 and 4.5 rooms. The architecture is designed to accommodate the natural slope of the land, featuring multiple levels and substantial private outdoor spaces accessible via large sliding doors. Amenities include a basement parking garage equipped to support electric mobility, as well as generous common areas for residents.
All apartments are constructed to Minergie standards, ensuring energy efficiency. The building incorporates high-quality materials and modern building technology for durability. Unique features include expansive terraces and private garden space, creating a connection to outdoor living.
