Jardins de la Fontaine

This project consists of a residential complex featuring 15 apartments ranging from 2.5 to 4.5 rooms. The development includes apartments on multiple levels, with some units designed as duplexes that incorporate mezzanines to create variable living spaces. Ground floor apartments are complemented by private gardens, and there are large balconies available for upper-level units, contributing to an outdoor living experience. Each unit has access to a designated cellar space and covered bicycle parking, alongside common areas that enhance resident interaction and convenience.

The apartments vary in size, with floor areas from approximately 46 to 82 square meters and expansive private gardens from 50 to around 300 square meters. Unique features such as large windows and open layouts improve natural light and promote connectivity between living spaces. The architectural style combines traditional rural elements with modern aesthetics, which is reflected in the thoughtful design of the building and its integration into the surrounding landscape. The project emphasizes outdoor access to green spaces, including gardens and views of the Jura and Lake Neuchâtel.
