Trilogie

This project consists of a newly developed residential complex featuring three distinct buildings. There are 17 condominiums ranging from 2.5 to 5.5 rooms, designed to offer private outdoor spaces including balconies and garden areas. Each building incorporates shared green spaces that enhance accessibility and provide communal areas for residents. Additionally, basement facilities include hobby rooms and cellar spaces to accommodate various storage needs, while parking is available for residents in an underground garage.

The residential units include various configurations, including apartments with multiple balconies or terraces. Significant amenities include private outdoor areas for many units, enhancing living conditions. Each building's design ensures an expansive layout, allowing residents to enjoy spacious interiors and quality living environments. Certain units are equipped with features such as winter gardens and separate entrances, providing greater privacy and individuality.
