«Bergstrasse» is a residential complex featuring 13 rental apartments designed to provide comfortable living spaces. The project includes a mix of 2.5 to 4.5-room apartments, with floor areas ranging from 57 m² to 151 m². Each apartment is designed to maximize natural light and offers unique living conditions with an emphasis on modern architecture and high construction quality. The building also integrates commercial spaces and includes a parking garage with 16 parking spots and dedicated bicycle storage.
The layout of «Bergstrasse» facilitates a central access core that connects the residential units with the commercial areas on the ground floor. The apartments are located on the upper floors, boasting large terraces with movable privacy screens and expansive floor-to-ceiling windows that enhance the connection to the outdoor environment.
