This project features a residential complex that includes a total of ten two-room maisonette apartments, along with additional commercial studios and residential studios. Each apartment is designed with direct access to the garden and is accompanied by corner balconies, providing outdoor space. The complex includes large communal areas such as a laundry room, library, co-working space, and a communal kitchen, offering shared facilities to residents. An underground parking garage provides spaces for vehicles and motorcycles, complemented by a large bicycle parking area and visitor parking available at the front of the building.

The surrounding landscape promotes biodiversity and is designed to be barrier-free, enhancing accessibility. It incorporates a spacious communal table and seating areas that can be utilized for both social interactions and private moments, creating an inviting environment. Additionally, the project integrates environmentally sustainable features and aims to establish a vibrant community focused on green living solutions.
