This project consists of two multi-family buildings located in Biel/Bienne, intended to offer a total of 19 residential units. The units range from 2.5-room apartments to 4.5-room apartments, designed to accommodate various living situations and preferences. Each building features a number of common areas and well-designed private spaces while ensuring a balance between community interaction and personal privacy. Parking facilities include 16 spaces in the underground garage, along with bicycle storage and cellar spaces for residents.

The architectural layout includes a central wind-sheltered loggia, large windows for natural light, and several outdoor spaces at different elevation levels. Unique features encompass energy-efficient construction methods with a ventilated wooden facade, and centralized heating through air-water heat pumps. Additional amenities may include generous terraces, privacy-enhancing designs, and the integration of photovoltaic installations on the rooftops.
