Mehrwert Eco

This project consists of a residential complex designed to meet the Minergie-P-Eco sustainability standard, which is a recognized benchmark in Switzerland for energy-efficient construction. The building features a total of 11 residential units designed for ownership and includes a variety of configurations: 2.5-, 3.5-, 4.5-, and 5.5-room apartments, along with an atelier. Each unit provides easy access from the underground parking garage and the main entrance, ensuring a barrier-free environment for residents.

The layout features three above-ground residential levels, accommodating different family sizes and needs. The inclusion of outdoor spaces and common areas is a notable part of this project, fostering a sense of community among residents. Additionally, parking provisions are made, including underground parking spaces specifically allocated for residents.

Unique features will enhance the living experience, with the building adhering to the eco-friendly Minergie standard. This ensures optimal insulation, indoor climate, and reduced ecological footprint. The presence of hobby rooms and cellar spaces allows for additional storage and recreational options within the complex, catering to diverse resident requirements.
