«•••••••» is a modern mixed-use development project that includes residential, office, and commercial spaces. The project involves the renovation and expansion of existing buildings, as well as the replacement of some structures to create a cohesive living and working environment. A total of 101 residential units will be constructed, focusing on sustainability and energy efficiency. The design emphasizes the integration of green spaces and communal areas, enhancing the overall appeal of the project.

The construction will predominantly employ wooden materials and will adhere to current energy standards, ensuring a minimal environmental footprint. Underground parking facilities will be developed in place of existing surface parking spaces, supported by the implementation of geothermal heating and photovoltaic systems to reduce reliance on non-renewable energy sources. Notably, the project will introduce plant islands and trees, contributing to climate-resilient urban development.
