La Vina

The project consists of three single-family homes and nine condominiums, offering a variety of living arrangements. The single-family homes feature split-level designs with generous spaces and panoramic views. Each home contains five and a half rooms and includes a garage at street level, an open living area with a kitchen and a south-facing balcony, as well as three additional rooms, a large bathroom, and outdoor terraces on the upper level. The lower floor includes an orangerie, master bedroom with dressing area, and ample garden space suitable for a pool or pergola.

The multi-family houses provide a total of nine apartments, consisting of three and a half to four and a half rooms, all oriented towards the Furttal region. The architecture includes a gently curved southern façade that maximizes views and creates open living spaces. Each apartment has a master bedroom connected to an en-suite bathroom, with additional rooms leading to spacious living and dining areas. The thoughtful arrangement of the units ensures privacy, while the surrounding steep hillside is utilized for private gardens, complementing nearby amenities such as schools and public transport access.
